  • The first REACH (Reggio Emilia in Asia for Children) conference, held in Chengdu, China was attended by more than 520 delegates from across Asia
  • EtonHouse Community Fund received the Community Cares Award at the Volunteer and Partner Awards 2019 held by Singapore’s Ministry of Social and Family Development
  • EtonHouse Community Fund partnered with KKH Health Fund (KKHHF) to support children with diabetes

  • 3 EtonHouse campuses receive the NParks Community in Bloom Award – EtonHouse Vanda, 223 Mountbatten, 717 Mountbatten
  • EtonHouse International School, Suzhou received IB Diploma Authorisation
  • EtonHouse Thomson launched International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) for students up to the age of 12
  • First campus in Foshan, Guangzhou

2015

  • Launched EtonHouse Community Fund, a Registered Charity in Singapore committed to advancing education among children from underprivileged backgrounds

  • Commenced operations in Hong Kong.

2013

  • Signed agreement with Reggio Children to launch REACH (Reggio Emilia in Asia for Children), becoming the first organisation to represent Reggio Children in Asia
  • EtonHouse International School, Nanjing became fully authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for Primary Years (IB PYP)
  • Founder and Managing Director, Mrs Ng Gim Choo received the “Active Participant of Foreign Affairs” award from the Mayor of Yiwu in China
  • Opened the second Hampton Pre-School in Singapore
  • Opened first campuses in Cambodia and Vietnam
  • Three new campuses in China –Suzhou Baitang, Shanghai, and a third campus in Chengdu
  • Healthy Eating in Child Care Centres Programme (HECCP) Award by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board awarded to EtonHouse Outram

2012

  • Won the “Outstanding Early Childhood Leader”, “Outstanding Early Childhood Teacher” and “The Early Childhood Innovation” awards from Singapore’s Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports
  • EtonHouse 764 Mountbatten  won the Community in Bloom Award (Platinum) by Singapore’s National Parks Board
  • EtonHouse Vanda won the CHERISH (Championing Efforts Resulting in Improved School Health) Junior Award by Singapore’s Ministry of Education and the Health Promotion Board
  • EtonHouse campuses at 764 Mountbatten Road, Outram and Broadrick Road awarded the Healthy Eating in Child Care Centres Programme by Singapore’s Health Promotion Board

2011

  • Founder and Managing Director, Mrs Ng Gim Choo received the Jiangsu Friendship Award, the highest award that the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government has established for foreign experts
  • Won the Outstanding Early Childhood Leader award from Singapore’s Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports

2010

  • The two pre-schools at Orchard (now moved to Thomson) and Newton in Singapore became the first stand-alone pre-schools to receive the International Baccalaureate (IB) World School status
  • EtonHouse schools opened in Korea, Japan, Malaysia

2009

  • First private pre-school operator to start a campus –Hampton Pre-School in collaboration with PAP Community Foundation
  • Founder and Managing Director, Mrs Ng Gim Choo became the first Singaporean woman to receive the Freedom of the City of London award for her contribution to international education
  • Launched VIVERO and SERRA International Pre-Schools in India, in association with the Edvance Group in Mumbai

2008

  • Opens first school in Indonesia in Jakarta

2004

  • EtonHouse International School at Broadrick was awarded the International Baccalaureate (IB) World School status.
  • Founder and Managing Director, Mrs Ng Gim Choo, was named Woman of Benevolence (爱心使者) by Suzhou City in China for her contributions towards the community and promoting cultural practices.

2003

  • First foray into China in 2003 with EtonHouse International School in Suzhou

1995

  • The first EtonHouse school was opened at 51 Broadrick Road in Singapore
